I was so appreciative of Louis who helped me coordinate around delivery delays and unpredictable weather and impressed by Kevin’s skill in assembling the swingset in only a few hours. Had a very pleasant time with the gentleman Trent. Who came to help assemble. Arrived promptly as instructed. Installed what he could some pics were missing. He contacted the provider for me and also added my email for when the items will be resent. He then came back out and finished the job as scheduled. I am fully pleased with the service it only took a week of receiving my set for it to be installed in the back. Thank you so much Trent for doing a great job.

We purchased a playset through Gorilla Playgrounds and added the installation. The scheduled day for installation the contractor had to cancel (which I was very upset) but the owner Felix called and had a newer installer here the next day !! He was very apologetic, and very professional when addressing the issue. The installers came first thing in the morning and had the entire playset installed in 3.5 hours !! We are more than thrilled with how this situation was handled in the end. Thank you Felix !!
